CMYDI needed a short but powerful intervention.<\/p><p><strong><b>\ud83c\udfaf<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0Our Solution:<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>We launched a 2-week <em><i>Future Ready Bootcamp<\/i><\/em>\u00a0covering:<\/p><ul><li>Emotional intelligence development<\/li><li>Digital literacy &amp; personal branding<\/li><li>Financial literacybasics<\/li><li>Roleplay interviews with HR experts<\/li><li>Introduction to the Beryl mentorship clubs<\/li><\/ul><p>Participants were grouped into mentor circles for ongoing support.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><b>\ud83c\udf1f<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0The Results:<\/b><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><b><\/b><strong><b>152 youth trained<\/b><\/strong>(83 female, 69 male)<\/li><li><b><\/b><strong><b>75%<\/b><\/strong>created CVs and LinkedIn profiles during the training<\/li><li><b><\/b><strong><b>21 gained internships or jobs<\/b><\/strong>within 3 months<\/li><li>4 alumni later became GAL Mentors in their communities<\/li><\/ul><p>\u201cBefore this, I had no idea I could lead anything.
