Our client, HopeSpring Foundation, wanted a <strong><b>faith-aligned, emotional intelligence-based intervention<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0to help their women\u2019s cooperative rediscover purpose, resilience, and identity.<\/p><p><strong><b>\ud83c\udfaf<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0Our Solution:<\/b><\/strong><\/p><p>We designed and facilitated a hybrid intervention:<\/p><ul><li>A 3-day <em><i>\u201cReset &amp; Rise\u201d<\/i><\/em>retreat with journaling, coaching, trauma-informed prayer sessions, and wellness workshops.<\/li><li>Follow-up 6-week group coaching sessions held via WhatsApp and Zoom.<\/li><li>Distribution of the <em><i>GAL Journal: Identity &amp; Impact Edition<\/i><\/em>to all participants.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><b>\ud83c\udf1f<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0The Results:<\/b><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><b><\/b><strong><b>97%<\/b><\/strong>of participants reported improved self-esteem and clarity about their life goals.<\/li><li><b><\/b><strong><b>15 women<\/b><\/strong>launched new small businesses within 2 months post-retreat.<\/li><li>The Foundation reported increased cohesion and productivity in their women\u2019s cooperative.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u201cFor the first time, I heard God call me by name again.
